TeamKarting is a premier go-karting venue dedicated to providing thrilling experiences for racing enthusiasts of all ages. Our café plays a vital role in enhancing this experience by offering a variety of delicious food and beverages to our guests.

JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Staff Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment in our café. Additional duties include providing customer safety briefings, answering phone calls, and handling booking inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers.
  
• Ensure the café area is clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Handle cash and card transactions.
• Follow all food hygiene and safety standards.
• Deliver safety briefings.
• Handle booking inquiries both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Check customers in for their sessions.
• Assist with other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• A confident, fun and outgoing personality.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Availability to work weekends and flexible hours during the school holidays. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Preferably hold a food hygiene certificate (training will be provided if not).
• Experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
