TERMS & CONDITIONS:

The Unlimited Karting Memberships at TeamKarting offer two options: Off-Peak, granting access from Monday to Friday, and Peak, allowing access throughout the week, including weekends. Both memberships exclude participation in Grand Prix events, Endurance races, exclusive track sessions, Birthday parties, championship participation, and other special events, which require separate bookings and additional fees. Members enjoy a 20% discount on additional karting sessions, café purchases, and merchandise, applicable only to the member and not transferable or combinable with other offers. A free friend session is available on the member’s birthday, subject to advance booking and availability. Membership includes a complimentary balaclava and a special members-only T-shirt, provided upon activation and non-transferable. An annual safety briefing is mandatory to maintain up-to-date knowledge of karting protocols, and members must attend to retain benefits. The championship perk waives the registration fee for one championship, applicable only to the member. Membership fees are charged monthly via recurring payment and automatically renew unless cancelled. Members are signing up for a 12-month membership and must provide 30 days’ notice to cancel. The membership fee is payable whether you take advantage of the unlimited karting or not. Event availability is on a first-come, first-served basis, and membership does not guarantee availability. All membership fees are non-refundable, including for unused benefits or partial months. Any chargebacks will result in the immediate suspension of membership benefits until resolved. Members may be liable for any fees associated with the chargeback process. In cases of payment failure, membership benefits will be temporarily suspended until payment is successfully processed. Any disputes arising from membership will be subject to mandatory mediation or arbitration before legal action is pursued. Members acknowledge that TeamKarting is not liable for any personal injury or property damage incurred during karting activities and must sign a waiver to that effect. Memberships are non-transferable, and benefits cannot be shared with non-members. No cash benefit or equivalent will be provided for membership transfer. Members are expected to adhere to a code of conduct. Violations may result in termination of membership without refund. TeamKarting reserves the right to modify membership benefits, terms, and conditions, with members notified of any changes in advance.
