BUILD RELATIONSHIPS AND WORK TOGETHER
Many companies that have experienced one of our track days have used the day to encourage team building. We split your group in to small teams, with each team sharing one kart. It is then up to each team to decide on race tactics and work together to complete the most laps. They’ll need to think about who their strongest and weakest drivers are (and those of their competitors too), tyre wear, fuel usage, pitting-in, fatigue and lots of other factors. The team with the best tactics will win the event – it’s an awesome way to get people to work together for success.
We especially love it when two people who wouldn’t normally get on very well with each other suddenly find themselves in the same team and having to work together. They very quickly overcome these challenges and work towards the same goal – getting over the finish line.
